Which car brands do you work on?
German, European and American cars. Most of our work is on luxury makes such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche and Bentley. If your car is not on our brands page, send us the make and model on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can help.
How do I book?
Send us a WhatsApp message or call with the make, the model and what is wrong. We confirm a time, and we can collect the car if that is easier for you.
Do I get a price before you start?
Yes. We look at the car, send the quote on WhatsApp and start only after you approve it. Our packages and offers have fixed prices on the site.
How can I pay?
By cash, card, Tabby or Tamara when the work is completed.
Do the parts come with a warranty?
When a part comes with a manufacturer warranty, you get that warranty. Some parts have none, and we tell you which on your quote.
Are you cheaper than the dealer?
For work outside the manufacturer warranty, yes. We use the same grade of parts, our labour rates are well below the dealer network, and the quote lists exactly what goes in.
Can I wait while you work on my car?
Yes. We have an air-conditioned customer lounge with comfortable seating and a snooker table where you can relax while we work on your car. Most people wait for an oil change, a battery, a puncture or an AC check. For longer jobs, we give you a realistic collection time or arrange free pickup.
How quickly can you look at my car?
Often the same day. Diagnostics and short jobs are usually done that day, and larger repairs depend on parts. Message us the car and what it is doing and we tell you when we can see it.
How often should I service my car in Dubai?
Every 5,000 to 7,500 km, or whatever your owner manual states. Heat, constant AC and stop-start traffic are hard on oil, so stay at the shorter end if you mostly drive in town.
Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts?
Both, and you choose. Genuine parts keep the car as it left the factory, quality aftermarket parts keep the bill down, and the invoice lists whatever we fit.
