We service and repair Bentleys at our Al Quoz workshop, and we collect them free anywhere in Dubai during working hours. These are heavy cars full of electronics, so Dubai heat tends to show up first in the battery and the air suspension, and stop-start traffic wears the brakes quickly.
Owners bring them in for minor and major services, air suspension leaks, warning messages and coolant leaks on the W12. The Continental, Flying Spur and Bentayga share many parts with Audi and Volkswagen, so OEM versions of many parts are available alongside genuine Bentley parts, and you choose which we fit. Every job starts with a quote on WhatsApp, and we begin only once you approve it.
Bentley models we see most
-
Continental GT (W12)
Air suspension is standard, and on older cars leaking air struts, a tired compressor and cracked ignition coils are the most common repairs.
-
Continental GT V8
The 4.0 twin-turbo V8, offered from 2012, has its turbos inside the V of the engine and runs hot, so oil changes on time and healthy coolant hoses matter even more in Dubai.
-
Continental GTC
The fabric roof runs on hydraulics, so a roof that moves slowly or stops halfway often points to a hydraulic leak or a faulty position sensor, and the roof seals dry out in strong sun.
-
Flying Spur
It shares most of its mechanical parts with the Continental GT, and first-generation cars (2005 to 2013) are now old enough to need new bushes, engine mounts and air struts.
-
Bentayga
Cars with Bentley Dynamic Ride use a 48-volt system for the active anti-roll bars, so a weak battery or a charging fault can bring up suspension warnings as well as electrical ones.
-
Mulsanne
The Mulsanne uses Bentley's own 6.75-litre V8, so fewer engine parts have OEM alternatives, and at about 2.6 tonnes it is hard on brakes and air springs.
Common Bentley faults in Dubai
-
Car sits low or the ride turns harsh
The car sits low at one corner after a night parked, or the ride turns harsh and a suspension warning comes on. The usual cause is a leaking air strut or a worn compressor; the struts hold up a very heavy car, and Dubai heat ages the rubber faster.
-
Random warnings and electrical faults
Warning messages appear for no clear reason, the screen goes blank, windows or locks stop working, or the car will not start after a few days parked. A parked Bentley keeps drawing power from the battery, and many of these faults trace back to a weak battery or a charging problem that the heat makes worse.
-
Misfire on the W12
The engine shakes at idle and the engine warning light flashes. On the W12, cracked ignition coils and worn spark plugs are the usual cause, and the heat under the bonnet makes the coils fail sooner.
-
Coolant leaks and overheating
You notice a coolant smell, drips under the car, or the temperature climbing in summer traffic. The W12 has many coolant hoses and plastic joints packed into a tight engine bay, and the heat hardens them over time until they leak.
-
Shaking when braking
You feel a shake through the steering wheel or the pedal when braking from speed. A Bentley weighs more than two tonnes, so stop-start traffic heats the discs hard, and the discs and pads wear unevenly and quickly as a result.
Bentley questions
Do you service Bentleys as well as repair them?
Yes. Minor and major services are the core of our work, and we do them on Bentleys as well as repairs. Bentley servicing is quoted per car, so send us the model, year and mileage on WhatsApp.
Can you repair Bentley air suspension?
Yes. We find which strut, valve or compressor is losing air and quote for that part on WhatsApp, with genuine or OEM parts as you prefer. Leaving a leak can burn out the compressor, so it is worth booking in soon.
My Bentley shows random warning messages. What should I check first?
Start with the battery and the charging system, because a weak battery causes many faults that look unrelated on these cars. If the car sits for days at a time, a battery maintainer helps. Send us a photo of the messages on WhatsApp and book it in.
Can you collect my Bentley from home?
Yes. Pickup is free anywhere in Dubai during working hours, from your home, your office or wherever the car is parked. Send us the location on WhatsApp when you book.
