We service and repair Mercedes-Benz cars at our Al Quoz workshop, and we collect them free anywhere in Dubai during working hours. Summer heat dries out the rubber in Airmatic struts and engine mounts, and fine dust blocks the air and cabin filters sooner than the service book expects. Hours of slow traffic also keep the gearbox and AC working hard with little air moving through the radiator.
Most Mercedes owners book a minor or major service with us: genuine-oil changes and full major service packages are available with transparent fixed pricing. Repairs are usually Airmatic leaks, weak AC, gearbox faults and warning lights, which we read with dealer-level diagnostic tools. You get the quote on WhatsApp first, with genuine or OEM parts as you choose, and we start only after you approve it.
Mercedes-Benz models we see most
-
G-Class
The G 63 is heavy and quick, so brakes and tyres wear fast, and the transfer case and differential oils need changing on schedule, which is easy to miss.
-
S-Class
Most S-Class cars ride on Airmatic air suspension, and as they age the struts and compressor become the main repair; a car sitting low on one corner after parking is the usual first sign.
-
E-Class
Many E 200 and E 300 models use the 2.0 turbo four-cylinder (M274), which can leak oil from the camshaft adjuster solenoids into the wiring if it is left.
-
C-Class
Most C-Class cars from around 2016 use the 9G-Tronic automatic, and harsh or slow shifts in traffic can often be improved with a fluid and filter change and a software update.
-
GLE
The GLE is a heavy car, so front control arm bushes and brake discs wear faster than on a saloon, and cars with Airmatic need the struts and compressor checked as they age.
-
GLC
The 2.0 turbo petrol in the GLC 250 and GLC 300 commonly needs a new thermostat at some point, usually noticed as a temperature gauge that stays low or a slow coolant leak.
-
AMG GT
The two-door AMG GT has its dual-clutch gearbox at the rear axle, which needs fresh fluid on schedule, and its wide rear tyres wear quickly on hot roads.
Common Mercedes-Benz faults in Dubai
-
Car sits low or an Airmatic warning comes on
The car sits low on one corner after it has been parked, or an Airmatic warning appears on the dash. The usual cause is a leaking air strut, which makes the compressor run too long until it overheats and fails as well.
-
Auxiliary battery malfunction message
The dash shows "Auxiliary battery malfunction" and start-stop may stop working. Many newer Mercedes have a small second battery that supports the electrics, and heat shortens its life, so it often fails long before the main battery.
-
Gearbox stuck in one gear
The gearbox holds one gear, the car will not pick up speed and a warning may show. On the 7G-Tronic gearbox fitted to many Mercedes from the mid-2000s, this is often the conductor plate, the circuit board inside the gearbox that carries the speed sensors.
-
AC fan stuck or weak cooling in traffic
The AC fan runs only on full speed, stops on some settings, or the air turns warm while you wait in traffic. On many Mercedes models the blower motor regulator fails in the heat, and warm air only at idle usually points to low gas or a failing radiator fan.
-
Knocking from the front over speed bumps
You hear a knock from the front over speed bumps, or the steering wheel shakes when you brake. The usual cause is worn front control arm bushes, which wear faster on the heavier Mercedes saloons and SUVs.
Mercedes-Benz questions
How much is a Mercedes-Benz oil change at your garage?
We offer fixed-price oil changes using genuine MB 229.5 oil. Check our current package price in the offers section below, or send us your model on WhatsApp to confirm the exact price for your engine. You can pay by cash, card, Tabby or Tamara.
Can you read Mercedes fault codes the way the dealer does?
Yes. We use dealer-level diagnostic tools for Mercedes-Benz, so we can read the gearbox, Airmatic and electrical systems as well as the engine. If a warning light is on, WhatsApp us a photo of the dashboard.
My Mercedes sits low after parking. Is that urgent?
Book it in soon. A leaking Airmatic strut makes the compressor work much harder, and a burnt-out compressor turns one repair into two. We find which part is losing air and send the quote on WhatsApp, with genuine or OEM parts.
How long will my Mercedes be with you?
Minor services and oil changes are usually finished the same day. A major service or a repair depends on what the car needs and whether the parts are in stock. Pickup is free anywhere in Dubai during working hours, so you do not need to bring the car in yourself.
