Valley plate coolant leak on 4.6L and 5.7L V8 engines
The aluminium coolant transfer plate sealed with RTV beneath the intake manifold degrades from heat cycles. Coolant pools in the engine valley and slowly drips behind the transmission.

AHC suspension riding stiff or not raising on LX 570
The Active Height Control system rides rock-hard when accumulator spheres (globes) lose nitrogen charge, or the height control fluid has broken down in high ambient heat.

Front brake judder under moderate highway braking
LX and GX models are heavy, leading to excessive brake rotor heat and pad material transfer. We fit genuine Lexus discs and pads or skim the rotors if within specification.

Starter motor failure under the intake manifold
The starter motor is tucked deep inside the engine V beneath the intake. The trapped heat degrades the starter solenoid over years, leading to a click-no-crank condition.

Water pump pink crust and coolant smell
The water pump weep hole leaks coolant that bakes into pink crust behind the pulleys. Replacing the pump prevents sudden belt failure and overheating.

Can you repair LX 570 hydraulic suspension (AHC)?
Yes. We diagnose AHC pressure sensors, bleed and flush fresh AHC fluid, replace leaking height sensors or worn accumulator globes, and calibrate the ride height to factory settings.
