1.3 Customer Obligations:
Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicles and disclose any known issues. Failure to do so may affect service outcomes or result in additional charges.
2. Estimates and Payments
2.1 Service Estimates:
All estimates provided are based on initial assessments. Additional issues discovered during service may result in revised costs, which will be communicated to the customer for approval.
2.2 Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via cash, card, or other accepted methods.
2.3 Promotional Pricing:
Discounted or promotional pricing, such as offers starting from 259 AED for Mercedes & BMW services, is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions.
3. Warranty and Liability
3.1 Service Warranty:
Gomaa Garage offers a limited warranty on specific services. Warranty terms will be provided in writing and may vary depending on the service and parts used.
3.2 Exclusions:
Warranty claims will not be honored for damages caused by customer negligence, misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs.
3.3 Liability Limitation:
Gomaa Garage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
4. Advertisements and Promotions
4.1 Ad Accuracy:
Gomaa Garage strives to ensure all advertisements and promotional content are accurate. However, we do not guarantee the availability of services or offers described in ads.
4.2 Errors and Omissions:
Gomaa Garage reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in advertisements without prior notice, including pricing or availability details.
4.3 Suspended Accounts:
Any third-party advertising accounts managed on behalf of Gomaa Garage are subject to their respective platform’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for suspension or penalties imposed by these platforms.
